I manage a small 4-Plex in Towson. My Brother, a commercial general contractor, who also owns multiple residential rental properties and uses Innovative Electric, referred James to me many years ago and I have used his services often. After his group of his men had done multiple jobs around the property one day, the only thing left to do was install a motion activated ceiling light on the front porch. At one point I had four men trying to make that light work, one up on a ladder, another connecting and disconnecting wires at the switch, another reading the instructions, and they all four stayed there for a very long time trying to make it work. I finally felt so bad that I told them to leave and I'd call the manufacturer. They could finish it another time when in the area. Turns out the lamp was defective, it was replaced, and James sent someone back to install the functioning lamp. But that dedication, that all four of them stayed to get it installed properly, was the kind of service that James' company provides. I would not recommend anyone other than James Roselle and Innovative Electric! read less
